Canacre’s Planning Team provides the guidance our clients need to make accurate decisions related to site selection, project management, infrastructure and development design, zoning and land use compliance, minor variances and severances, and site plan approval processes. Our team focuses on all phases of the project, including early stage site selection, property acquisition, planning application submissions, and obtaining all approvals. Canacre's strategic planning expertise considers all pertinent matters including building regulations, policy review, rezoning and special permit applications, site access, and plans.

Canacre collaborates with our clients to provide support for specific permitting requirements, and also works independently to coordinate and obtain agreements, permits, and approvals. Canacre's Permitting Team also facilitates newsletters, open houses, public meetings, and other opportunities for constructive dialogue with the community.
